Programs

All mentoring and coaching work is grounded in walking and time in nature whenever possible. My role is to create and hold a clear, intentional environment where individuals and teams can slow down, think differently, and access their own insight. I guide the process, shape the environment, and offer my insight and perspective when useful, but I do not arrive to solve problems for you or produce prescriptive deliverables. The work is about enabling creative thinking so that solutions, decisions, and meaning emerge from the individuals or team themselves.

Each program offered is outlined below.

Through gentle invitations and periods of slow walking, participants are supported in becoming more present and grounded.

  • Price: $1500
Duration: 6 sessions, 90 minutes each
    Cadence: Flexible and client led
    Participants: One on one

    What this is

A focused mentoring engagement for individuals who need space to think clearly about decisions, transitions, or complex situations. Sessions combine structured dialogue, reflective questioning, and walking in nature to support deeper insight.

What you will have by the end

    • Clearer understanding of what actually matters

    • Better framed decisions and next steps

    • Increased confidence in your own judgment

    • Reduced mental noise and overthinking

    Preparation and Integration

Each engagement begins with a brief alignment conversation to clarify focus and intent. Time between sessions is intentionally left open for reflection and integration, rather than assigned tasks or homework.

    Cadence Guidance

Weekly sessions are recommended because they often create momentum and continuity, allowing insights to build without losing focus. That said, cadence is always client led.

Some people work best with clear structure and pre scheduled sessions. Others prefer a more fluid rhythm that responds to what emerges. I am comfortable with both and will work with you to find the pacing that best supports your thinking. For example, we may schedule the first two sessions in advance and decide on the remaining sessions as we go, or schedule all six up front if that creates clarity and commitment.

    Location

Primarily outdoors within the Landenberg region when possible. Sessions can also be adapted for virtual delivery when nature access is limited.

    Excludes:
    Park entry fees if applicable

  • Price: Starting at $4,500
    Participants: One on one
Duration: 3 to 7 days in nature

    What this is

A deep immersive experience for individuals at a meaningful inflection point who need extended, uninterrupted space to think, reflect, and recalibrate. This program builds on the same principles as Thought Partner, with additional depth created by time, place, and sustained presence.

How this differs from Thought Partner

    • More time for embodied thinking and reflection

    • Fewer context switches and external distractions

    • Deeper integration of walking, silence, and dialogue

    • Space to explore questions that do not surface in shorter sessions

What you will have by the end

    • A clearer internal compass

    • A grounded sense of direction and priorities

    • Language for what is next, even if the full path is not yet defined

    Preparation and Integration

Includes an initial alignment call prior to the immersion and a limited post immersion integration session focused on grounding insights and next steps. Additional follow on mentoring can be added if appropriate. The majority of the work occurs during the immersion itself.

    Location

Programs are scalable based on geography, ranging from local immersions in Delaware or Pennsylvania to destination based experiences such as Maine, Colorado, Ireland, or Switzerland [examples only].

For Organizations and Teams

  • Price: $600 flat program fee
    Participants: Up to 10*
    Duration: 90 minutes
Location: Curated within 20 miles of Landenberg, Pennsylvania

    What this is

A facilitated walking experience designed to help teams step out of urgency, reset their thinking, and reconnect with one another in a more human way. While short in duration, this session requires intentional design and facilitation to quickly establish trust and presence.

    • Improved presence and attention

    • A shared pause from day to day pressure

    • One meaningful insight or takeaway participants can carry back into their work

    Preparation and Integration

Prior to the session, I align briefly with the team lead to understand context and intent. After the walk, teams are encouraged to carry one shared insight back into their work rather than attempting to capture or formalize everything discussed.

Slower pace. Shared clarity. Collective alignment.

    What teams can expect

    • Reduced stress and nervous system regulation

    • Improved collective presence and attention

    • A shared restorative experience that strengthens connection without requiring discussion or problem solving

A facilitated half day experience designed to help teams slow down enough to think clearly together.
